Biography: Fairlight is a duo of musicians consisting of Jon Goya (Donostia, 1982) and Carlos Toro (Cali, Colombia, 1975) who started working together in mid-2006. With influences ranging from 1980’s techno to IDM (Intelligent Dance Music), their style could be classified as unconventional techno pop with long instrumental passages. The duo were finalists in the XX Villa de Bilbao pop rock competition.

Tzesne, Orereta. Electronic music
Musician: Txesus Garate.
Biography: Txesus Garate (Donostia, 1969) is one of the veteran musicians on the Basque electronic experimental scene. He began to work using the nickname, Tzesne, in the late 1990s, after abandoning previous obscure electronic and rock projects. Throughout these years he worked with sound textures and field recordings and one of the characteristic features that would end up becoming a personal trademark gradually emerged from his work, which was the treatment of sound as a form of poetry and a graphic representation of this. Along the way, he has left behind a trail of enigmatic, reflective sound landscapes and atmospheres, and collaborations and contributions that have come out on interesting labels like Ruidemos, Drone Records, TIBProd, Antifrost, Mystery Sea, Triple Bath as well as on his own label, Series Negras.
