2nd temporary exhibition organised by the Chillida-Leku Museum to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the installation of the Wind Comb at the end of the Bay in San Sebastián.
 
Eduardo Chillida began the “Wind Comb” series in 1952, and brought it to an end in 1999.  The exhibition gives us the chance to see 17 of the 23 pieces that he worked during this period for the first time. Nine of the 17 pieces on display belong to the Chillida family,  while the others have been loaned out by collectors and museums from various countries, such as Switzerland, France, Germany and Spain.
 
The works that we haven’t been able to include in this exhibition, because of difficulties getting in touch with the owners or because they are sited in public places such as the Wind Comb itself, are shown in photographs in the commemorative exhibition, which also includes drawings and collages
