Eduardo Chillida: Moments is the second temporary exhibition held in the Chillida-Leku Museum since its inauguration. Images of Eduardo Chillida working his clays or “lurras” mark this exhibition which, through brushstrokes, intends to show the techniques and the way in which the artist worked on his most intimate or direct works.

 
The works that have been chosen for this display are based on the paintbrush line. All the pieces, although they do not coincide, have a direct relationship with the images. CHILLIDA-LEKU MUSEUM/ Room 4. From 10:30 to 15:00h.

Eduardo Chillida: Moments intends to be an educational exhibition which takes in the varied techniques and materials that Chillida uses to visually achieve the line. For this, Room 4 of the Chillida-Leku Museum will house different works by this sculptor and which are created in his workshop. Exhibition´s contents:

• "Lurras" or terra cottas worked with oxide and brushes.

• Xylographic plates from the Más Allá book, created with Jorge Guillén.

• Engraving plates for the “Cantigas de Alen” book, created with José Ángel Valente.

• Engravings which have come from these plates.

• Collages.

• Gravitations.

• Images of Eduardo Chillida working the “lurras” in Saint-Paul de Vence and in Grasse (France).
