The material requested in this form is offered under the following conditions, which the requesting party hereby accepts:

• Under no circumstances may the photographic material be duplicated either totally or in part.
• Once the reproduction has been completed, two copies shall be sent free of charge to the Museum Communications Department.
• The photographic material shall be used exclusively in the manner and purpose for which is was authorized. Any new use shall require prior authorization.
• The copyright shall be clearly included next to the reproduction (or, where appropriate, the credits) in the following fashion: For works of art: © Eduardo Chillida / VEGAP, (place and year of the reproduction). For photographs of Eduardo Chillida this department will provide requesting parties with the corresponding copyright.

We suggest that all filming and photographic sessions at the Chillida-Leku Museum be done between 10:30am and 3:00pm. We cannot guarantee availability for filming or coverage outside of this timetable.
