Auditorium: Footage of the artist at work and continuous projection of documentaries

 

Gift Shop: Videos, posters, illustrations, gift items and a large selection of books about Chillida.

 

Library: Specialising in Eduardo Chillida’s artwork, the library is used chiefly by students and researchers. Advance booking required.
 
Audio guides: An audio guide is available in Spanish, Basque, English, French and German for visitors who wish to take a self-guided tour while learning about the life and work of Eduardo Chillida. Duration: 45 minutes. Audio guides are available at the Museum gift shop for €3.50.
 
Facility hire: Some of the spaces of the Museum are available for hire. This service will be studied on a case by case basis. Poner 1 contacto por mail.
 
Picnicking: The Museum has a picnic area with tables, chairs and a water fountain. It is located just beyond the parking area. Open to the public.
 
Disabled access: The Museum has a lift, toilettes and wheelchair ramps for our disabled visitors. A wheelchair is also available upon request.

Museum guidelines

Visitors are kindly asked to observe a few rules while at the Museum. (Dept. DEAC)
You are allowed to touch the outdoor sculptures with your hands. Do not climb or sit on the sculptures. They look tough, but aren't fond of mud or shoe polish.
Some objects are not allowed in the galleries, including umbrellas, large bags and briefcases. Animals, food and plants are not allowed inside the Museum for health reasons.

 

Refreshments

The Museum does not have a café, but there is an area with vending machines where visitors can purchase snacks, cold drinks and coffee.
